To access each product, click on the program image, the program title, like Exploration Of Bikram's Beginning Yoga Postures.… or click view product,  

• Click Begin Access to start at the beginning
  
• Or scroll down to the 7 Preparing for the Postures Foundation videos and click on any one
  
• Continue scrolling to go directly to any Posture in the Standing or Floor series
  
• Your 2 Full 90-Minute Bikram Yoga Audio Class recordings are at the bottom

To go directly to any individual Posture — For example, if you want to watch Locust Pose — click on the Floor series, click on Locust Pose, and then click the play button.

To watch Bikram Yoga Individual Posture sessions or any of your other programs, click on My KOBY Resources at the top right of your screen and follow the same procedure
